We’re a 100% virtual online bookkeeping practice, serving small businesses across Sydney and Australia. We have one goal in mind: to make bookkeeping as easy and pain-free for small businesses. By combining state-of-the-art technology with virtual bookkeepers, we’re able to help provide a truly modern, high-quality bookkeeping experience to our clients.

Who are we looking for?

As a dynamic organisation, we are always on the lookout for the select type of people who have a passion for their work, are service-oriented, and committed to continuously getting better at what they do. Whether you are just starting out or an experienced professional bookkeeper, we look for people who are:

• Energetic, enthusiastic who thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• Committed to ongoing personal and professional development;
• Able to produce high quality work under demanding circumstances;
• Flexible, adaptable, technologically savvy, and able to solve problems creatively;
• Independent but who can also collaborate effectively with others;
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping as a minimum;
• Xero Certified Advisor and/or  Quickbooks ProAdvisor and/or MYOB Certified Consultant and/or Reckon One Cloud Advisor with at least 3 years practical experience;
• Preferably a BAS registered agent (not a deal breaker).
